38mil cash on hand at a 650MIL OS gives us 5.8cents per share in cash. 650MIL OS seems reasonable given that was 45mil in cashless warrants executing at 10 cents....it could be much lower and we could see an OS of about 800mil. Is this off base? how much in cashless warrants is there to be executed from the beginning?
