Um there is definitely something sketchy going on with the financing and dilution. Not to mention they never file 8ks on time. When they issue 20% of the o/s to toxic debt holder and don't tell us until a month later, those toxic Diluters are selling on inside information! Not to mention they just gave themselves unconditional control of 51% of the company for no clear reason! And how about the CS pump? Or the announcement about that deal with the company with the "equity purchase option" that management actually already owns!?!?
I don't think these guys have d&o insurance either... Let's take Steve's house!!! Let's also go after he diluters for trading in inside info!
