I agree. I do not know why for a year it's being tested, released, re tested, re released and so on. However this is a pinky and we either deliver or it's off to the GREYS not pinks we go and I have never seen a OTC recover and be re listed once on the GREY Market. Hey OTC's are all big bets when they pay they pay big, when they don't...Well you loose big.
