The DudS r US boys claimed this FT Lauderdale, FL, address as their Corporate Heaquarters. Were they LYING?

Address claimed to be the corporate HQ for DSUS:

1850 SE 17th Street, Suite 305
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316

Yes, they were LYING TO INVESTORS!

The DudS r US boys claimed they moved to the above FL address to be close to their "primary manufacturing facility". Were they LYING?

Again, of course THEY WERE LYING TO INVESTORS!

There was and is NO "manufacturing facility" in Florida. There NEVER was, it was just a DELIBERATE LIE!

I think a PROVEN history of DELIBERATELY LYING TO INVESTORS is worse than their being evicted. Although, in this case it seems they managed to do BOTH. ;-)

By claiming the address as their corporate headquarters prior to the eviction and having Kerry perform work for them out of that office prior to the eviction, THEY WERE, IN FACT, EVICTED!

Yup, they LIED about the office. :-D

They LIED about the move into the office. :-D
