Actually, on this EXACT issue, you should probably not be hoping such :-)

Hoping for the second look to work (summer/fall 16?) is something a bit better.

EDIT: I still do not know what they said in the CC. One poster said "early" one said "first half" and one said "mid". So until I hear that I am obviously +- several months.
