Yes, it certainly WAS! It said that the delivery of the stock certificates would be done, "Within 10 DAYS!"

It was up for more than A MONTH! and IT STILL HASN'T BEEN DONE! It doesn't take that long. ;-)

The company has proven they are welching on their commitment to shareholders by these constant stall tactics. :-D

They have NO EXCUSE for it because there IS no excuse.
