I think if they were audited and the yield was removed, we would see .025 once Tarpon is paid in full. Clearly others see .03.

And this is what has us baffled. I haven't spoke to Armen for a while but others have and his repeated message is >> this pps is ridiculous, even considering the "D" word.

So, we are old enough to know that life can be unfair and it sure is unfair with this current valuation, even with dilution.

You did ask to put dilution aside for the moment and I won't bash you for that -- even though we know someone certainly will. But honestly, it IS the interest and fees which are killing the bottom line and that is why it is hard to have this conversation without including the "D" word.

But I'll play along. Considering all that we know, everything is pointing to a big reward for longs. I don't give a rat's a** what some of these naysayers are posting. I mean come on, you added it up and this pps doesn't make sense when compared to other pinks who have nothing to offer. And all pinks have toxic debt but how many are close to ending it and how many actually have a real product or service and increasing revenues and decreasing costs. This is a real brick and mortar in the healthcare sector

And this is why I am going to be more patient with this baby than I have with any other play. RXMD is so poised to give a sweet return. Our day will come.

P.S. -- there's equity value and enterprise value. I'm not an expert but the enterprise value HAS to be higher than the equity value and that is what makes this gamble worth it for me. If there are 100mil O/S X .0066, the equity value is around $600K to $700K. Now, removing that pain in the a** debt and the interest and fees that go away -- geez, the enterprise value is certainly in copper land and maybe into silver land.

oops...my bad. In an earlier post to you I used 100mil as the O/S count but only because i was using a round number for reference and comparison. As of Aug. 6 the correct O/S was over 175mil.
