In addition to what you point out, I think this also helps out, in assuming TTPH is currently way oversold:

Brean Capital notes Tetraphase had $242.1 million of cash at mid-year, “sufficient to support operations through 1Q17.”

That's alotta 'sufficiency' there, and enough to justify a bounce back to $12-$15, or so.

2017 is a long ways away, and TTPH will likely succeed in something or another by then, without needing to hit the market for more $$.
