St.Louis has NEVER sold a single share!

You conveniently left that part out. St. Louis has never sold a single share and he has said time and again that he wouldn't even start to consider selling any of his shares until ACGX is trading at least in the nickel to dime range. He has his shares for voting rights and to maintain control so that a take over does not just happen. When and if there is a take over of the company, he wants control of that and for it to happen on his terms. Like it or not, he has made it very clear for years that is what his shares are for.
For years people have accused of him of getting rich off of the shareholders when he has NEVER sold one single share! Now when this thing hits a nickel, don't be surprised to see him sell some shares and take some cash since he has thrown that number out there many times.

Three cheers for St. Louis, hes done a good job! As far as how much stock he owns I really don't care. If there is a buyout and he gets a nice paycheck out of it, great because that means all the stock is worth much more including yours and mine.
