QMC has a huge pool of students to choose from, and the scientists must be able to work with the computer program from National Instruments among others? My thinking in the future, every project needs his own dedicated specialist and operator?

wrt QDX: as QDX was designed to meet mkt shortcomings, I'd think the perception of mkt needs had shifted and they were working to meet or surpass them.
