My god man! Have you clicked any of the athletes Instagram account (easiest platform to reach a large audience) no pictures anywhere... Whatever the scam is these athletes are not endorsing Tbev like they do ACTUAL products, big bucks are paid by Gatorade, red bull, Nike millions of dollars huge campaigns not this ridiculous tbev thing come on dude. Just a little Google and some links and you can find all the info you need. Google their business address its home that bag holders paid for :)

Simple answer....

They are drinking the actual product.

The company can send it out. It's safe for consumption.

They just can't sell or distribute the product to consumers until FDA testing guidelines are met.
