HempAmericana is a new company. The spread is still too wide. They need a lot more volume. I believe next month they will file. Their rolling papers are on the market now, their other products are either in development, or soon to be released, I have been told. I believe they have been looking to help distribute other HEMP related products as well. They caught my attention, because I'm associated with a sales rep from the company that manufactures these new grow lights, which HMPQ has entered into talks for sales, and distribution with.

The total outstanding shares is a little under 92 million currently, with a float of less than 12 million. The other 80 million shares are restricted, owned by the company founders, 40 million shares apiece.
