The last time Mark stated the same exact thing he almost immediately R/S'd the shareholders 1:200

I see it as very postive that no R/S will be executed. So why such Noise about a Tweet?

Maybe the 'noise about a tweet' is because the last time Mark tweeted 'No R/S in the foreseeable future', he hit this stock with a 1:200 R/S less than two weeks later.
