Public Service Enterprise (PEG +0.2%) names Daniel Cregg as its new CFO, replacing Caroline Dorsa, who had previously announced her retirement.

Cregg is a 24-year veteran of the company, most recently as VP finance; before joining PEG, he had worked for Deloitte and Touche.

Dorsa's retirement will take effect Oct. 8, at which time Cregg will assume the position.
