I didn't ask about them, last time I did they just said it was definitely a priority but because they have to do more than one year it's a longer process.

So who is the auditor - did Zale mention the accounting firm that had been hired to do the audit.

I love the uplisting nonsense - in 6 years they have never attempted to become fully reporting.

Thanks for the update Beef. I've had several emails back and forth from Zale. Anything regarding audited financials for uplisting?
