So the "whales" I referenced are sitting around waiting for the $30 shares before buying?

The market seems to be really thrilled with this merger with a pink sheet stock. The whales are just jumping all over these inexpensive shares! A massive volume of 49,000 shares have traded.

I completely understand why current shareholders are holding tight to their shares in hopes of getting their money back, but what is perplexing is that no one is buying if this pps is projected to be $5 or above for a company with $140 million in revenue.
