Do you agree that the Form 10 contains inaccurate information?

Jim Fancher, as VP, should appear in Item 4 - Security Ownership of Management (page 20).

As a shareholder of Seergate, Jim Fancher received shares from MYEC on closing of the Seergate acquisition on May 6th. He also likely received a part of the 90,000,000 shares issued to employees on July 29th. So his holdings should be disclosed in the Form 10.

Option 1:
The Form 10 is inaccurate and will need to be amended, yet again

Option 2:
Jim Fancher sold all his shares under .02

This makes me wonder if Ed's share count is accurate.

This section doesn't seem to ever have been updated since the first Form 10 submission in October 2014.

Ed's share count has never changed. BUT, his percentage held (47.44%) has never been updated either. Meanwhile, the outstanding share total has changed. So the 47.44% is also inaccurate.

Do you agree?

This section of the Form 10 is one of the most important parts of the registration statement, IMO.
