I think you missed something. They sold two machines, that's finished and paid for. That is what they hope will be an initial sale, and as they demonstrate the efficacy in Saudi hospitals, and train the local staff, they anticipate more sales.

This PR is not vague about actual sales that took place already. It's the first sale in the Company's history to an end-user, and is major news in that sense.

It also states realistically what they hope will ensue.

Companies put out news when it happens, and some thought it would go to the moon today, so you can't second guess their pr strategy after it didn't go up.
