We "could be" on a stage where we all thougt to be beginning of early 2013.

We will know latest in January 2016 with Q1 figures release.

If they now/in the near future fix the problem with quality on the IE,thereafter we will learn the real potential of Clipstream.

I believe this is what is holding back from site licensing deals.
