I wonder if there is a producer limit on liquor production? Off hand I would say the limit on retail liquor licenses is the choke point.

I think in the interes of a free but regulated market, no limits were set. This is allowing the "natural course" of business to take place. Consolidations, Aquisitions, and Failures. This way the best players and not chosen federal players are winners. Canadas old system had 1 producer, one strain, all milled. It didnt work .This competition is improving the industry IMO.
