frank...any sign of those ISBG shares?

DKTS shareholders of record as of May 26 might want to keep in mind that they can sell their DKTS shares held at that date without giving up their rights to whatever number of ISBG shares they are entitled to...they don't have to continue to hold their DKTS shares.
Of course that's based on the deal as Alonzo Pierce laid it out in his press release...I'm certainly not vouching for the reliability of THAT.
On July 30 "Top Shelf management" announced that ISBG had "completed the transaction for Besado Tequila and Dziaq Liqueur by issuing roughly 95 million restricted shares of ISBG common stock" so it sounds like everything is going according to plan, although frankly I'm surprised that "Top Shelf management" would admit to having received those shares and then make no further mention of its plan to distribute them for the next 5-6 weeks.
That's not like "Top Shelf management", is it?
