No one should ever buy this scam at .0003 and up. That's where all the dumping is scheduled. (as per the filings). The only guys who ever come out here are the ones who can buy at .0001 or lower. They sometimes can get out at a profit.
If this scam ever goes current though, newly issued discounted shares could be heavily dumped much lower then .0003.
