Why would Mattel have to confirm an offer to OWOO?

They never made an offer to OWOO but to Tonner for his doll company.

This quite obvious from the interview.

Where has any member of OWOO claimed to have had an offer from Mattel?

It came from Tonner not OWOO why is that so hard to understand?

You can listen to the interview 10,000 times and you will hear over and over again that Tonner said this about his company.

Stop spreading trash about OWOO making that claim.
