A little out of hand there, plus the cursing. Guess someone touched a nerve.
Look at how the recovery came about. The recovery after the contrived consolidation, after Basel III, was but a one time chance to print loads of money. We have a fundamental problem with that. Now the piled cash has nowhere to go, and contraction will occur, if economies around the world cannot expand at a proper rate. And... We cannot do this repeatedly. It will likely be a one time thing. Yes I have read Obama's accomplishments, and he is well-liked. Fundamentally, what he acheived is junk.
The Iran deal has delays built into the inspections. If you remember the Iraq years on such, you get the picture. And the inspectors are simply arrogant, and resemble FIFA leaders. Corrupt, one would say, and blinded by their station. Truth? Give Iran the bomb, hahaha. Why? Because European banks said to America to get a deal done, as they will not want to lose out much longer on the Iranian markets. Money trumps safety, and the Israelis. The EU needs this.
Is that responsible? no. But the deal is a wait and see effort, that once again takes a blind eye to "most likely scenario" and runs with "best case scenario". No different than Cheney saying, "We will be hailed as heros." And then forgot what sustaining operation required.
Obama. Summed up in one thought. "As a man of color, he marched at Selma. He used inflection to sing Amazing Grace in Charleston. AND YET, he has no compulsion to address the enslaving (root word, slave) of women, the buying and selling of women in a conflict area. The rape of women. The suffering of refugees. He celebrates history when convenient, but allows its destruction. He worries justly about carbon emissions, but missed on four major spills. He isn't looking at the numbers, but will retreat from any challenge presented. Leave it for the next leader to solve. Legacy, afteral, matters more than sacrifice."
The administration of Wait and See
And Americans live by 30 second soundbites, ever since Cronkite and Viet Nam. First off, look at the wars and the military. It is 6% of GDP today in total. The military was 25% or more of GDP in the 40's. 15-20% of GDP thru the cold war. And limited action aside from 3 yrs in Korea, and a decade of Viet Nam. The loss of life is also minimal compared to all previous wars. No on wants loss. But we fight for freedom and our way of life, when duty calls. 6%!!! It is more than affordable.
And, we need footprints. That is how you influence peace. Footprints of do-ers in urban centers. Footprints that dictate policy in conflict areas abroad. This is the cold reality of preserving our way of life, your way of life. And offering hope.
Printing money was correct as a one time thing. But any moron puppet could accomplish that for the Fed. And we elected one similar as a mere 4yr jr senator with ties to the Geithner family.
Sure he has many accomplishments, they are minimal or temporary. Stalin did it, Hitler did it. EU accomplished it. China is in the middle of such. Nothing Obama did is of merit. Sorry.
And he ran on Hope and Change. Looks to me from the anger and frustration in urban America and the many refugees walking 1000's of km, that there is but little hope, and backwardization.
