I'm in another stock of which the CEO said for years there would be no R/S and the stock would uplist because of an organically increasing pps. BOOM!! Out of the blue, he decided to R/S and uplist (actually, the decision was made for him by institutional investors who couldn't invest in OTC stocks and they told him to R/S so they could invest or else. I don't know what the "or else" was. lol). Once there were no more OTC MMs that had manipulated the pps to death, institutional buyers started falling over themselves and each other picking up positions. The R/S and uplisting were at the end of May and the tutes continue to this day to pick up nice positions.

It's possible the same could be happening to Minerco. (*Note that I say "it's possible," not "it will happen.")

I agree with most all you said, except the outstanding share increase. I do believe they will issue new shares as collateral...etc. There would have been no reason to raise the AS otherwise. The key for all emerging companies is, what they get for the shares given. Hopefully Scott and Sam will be very smart in what they get for our company's new shares issued.
