The first link is the actual Brand Licencing Agreement filed with the SEC in the 11/7/2014 10-K The second link takes you to the page that has files submitted with that 10-K which the amended licencing agreement is Seq. 7. My copied statement is directly from the filing. Here they are again.
They entered the agreement on November 21, 2013 it was amended 11/7/2014.
It was actually changed on June 25, 2014.
This Brand Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made on June 25, 2014, and effective as of November 21, 2013
