#9262 RE: ArNyc #9261

I don't know (as of this moment) the statute of limitations on a potential fraud case by the feds. I have been in contact with the U.S. District attorney's office in Colorado and last contacted them about 8 months ago. They were not forth coming with any info. I don't want to say as to what it might be without doing the research first. I will say that in all my time on this earth and seeing and dealing with law and the courts, it is totally in favor of FSPM right now. The FEDS don't just "not charge" a person, persons or a company if they the slightest bit of proof to make a charge stick in court. It has been over a year which means the FEDS have d*ck. This has been a total waste of time. The probably saw some smoke and ran in all hot and bothered and seizing stuff.. but the smoke was from the end of a blunt that FSPM rolled up and was smoking legally in Colorado.

Ooops! Now they are like .. wtf do we do now?
