Actually, I thought the notes/bond debt would have been worse than what was shown under the OTC link filing. Typically, a company will have to work out an agreement with the debt holders to avoid BK. If they have made an agreement, then the debt holders are buying into the new business concept. Do you or anyone know specifically who holds the notes? One individual/business or a whole bunch of people/businesses?
most all otc stocks have debt if your so scared about that your in the wrong market try the nasdaq and dow if you cant handle these stock and 1 million is not a lot compared to other companies they just got a business with revenue so those notes should be nothing
