There might actually be a reason or reasons why this period of silence has been necessary. We just do not know. And because we do not know, I will reserve any judgement about Dr. Victor or anyone else until we actually know more. Good luck to all.
One thing is for sure the 250b O/S better be a trap for shorty and/or toxic financers, If not that means shareholders have been trapped and Vic will have to come up with at least 63 million dollar Camel Toe's, just to take care of the debt.
