IDK, he is really smart in his field but it takes someone with acute capabilities that simply know how to move around in the SEC and make simply Filings. Which aren't so simple.
Then he must be a Master Strategyzer following a Business Plan.
The Business Plan itself is Key and can be voted on by this NEW CEO and its Board of Directors.
Do we have any of the above at the moment? I think not!
I hate to be a debbie downer on this but its true. Where is the Business Plan or even a Model to apply it to?
