Can you find that document again? I'm looking, but though I can find a page for custodianship cases brought by Ketcher Industries, LLC, I can't find an action involving POTG among them. If you CAN find it, could you copy the actual case number? The one that appears in your link doesn't work, and searching for Portage Resources, Inc doesn't work either. From past experience, I know it can be a tricky site to use.
