Alonzo Pierce (COB and majority shareholder of ISBG) issued them to Alonzo Pierce (CEO of DKTS) to hold for safekeeping. I think he just walked them out to his mailbox as ISBG-Alonzo, walked around the block, and then took them out again as DKTS-Alonzo. All totally legit and above board. DKTS-Alonzo will be distributing them to shareholders imminently is my guess. No later than July 30 I believe were his words.
In any case, ISBG-Alonzo has now fulfilled all his obligations, so don't bother him with any questions about where the shares are. You'll have to take that up with DKTS-Alonzo, who hasn't been heard from in quite a while.
