Yeah, but Amazon has amazing growth rates and lost a small portion of their revenue.
IHSI lost 3.5 TIMES their revenue, and that was during their highest revenue period.
The death spirals they'll need to fund expansion is staggering, and they won't be able to get it. There was a reason the $5 million LOC was PR'd as "up to" and there is absolutely no mention of terms or how much has been drawn down.
My guess - terms - heavily discounted convertible debt; draw down - under $100k.
