Can you please give me (us all) a review of the court issues at hand, as you know it.
And what is at risk versus reward.
I have not followed with enough effort to remember exactly what is happening.
You seem a bit more tuned in.

Also, if you are aware of their current status of potential sales and other factors, please lay it out.

Please simply state your best picture of the state of things.
I will welcome opinions and speculation also, but please label those as such. Perhaps in a separate message.
