An AUDIT is the way to provide "verifiable information." They DO "know this" and that's why they promised an AUDIT.

In the future, they can save a lot of time and headache by putting out verifiable information. They should know this

The audit was promised for the end of the second quarter, or the beginning of the third. We all know it was a lie, there is no audit, and thus no "verifiable information."

Does ANYONE really think differently?
