Personally game i hope voting on shares is not off the table. I feel once test site gets going that .20 is a minimum. Id rather take my chance with shares. Thankyou dsus for the GIFT of shares. I know you dont have to honor them just so glad you have offered to take care of true shareholders. The clause in cert contract will make it much easier to get done
