Well, surely was not a mistake while doing DD on NGCG.

The reason it is a valid concern is because it wasn't a simple mistake. It was an elaborate fabrication. It was presented as serious DD that accused company officials of not only lying to shareholders but of committing federal crimes. And none of it was true.
