I'm not able to figure out what is the bottom. If uplist happens it is good entry point but PPS has to be at least close to $4 and it is the bid price NOT closing price that will determine true strength. The listing price should be $4 and above to qualify but I think if this goes above $3.5 they should be able to uplist again big IF.
