Yes, patience Paula, if you can wait for few years already, then few months wont count, definitely before the election start.
Gov obviously has somehow agreed to work behind the door and may have requested to extend timeline to close these issues by satisfying majority of plaintiffs, settlement definitely in the work.. now what is in settlement, anyone can guess, (that include certain $$ range, but my gut feeling is complete 3R). Its time to have more golf time :)
