You got more time to kick around discovery... Sweet. The only way you're going to get judgment is by getting to trial. The only way you can get to trial is by all having all Defendants answer or be defaulted. The only way to get the Gov to answer is to have Sweeny rule on their MTD. They've just pushed the timeline back 4 months. Congrats.
