He could have done that too, I've seen companies do that and say they wanted to just save the filing fee, but that doesn't help entice new people to buy shares post split because they will see a 3.5 billion A/S. Don't get why you guys are so hostile to pointing out the significant potential affect this has on current shareholders. Whatever way you want to put it, the company will be able to raise the O/S up to 700% more than it is currently post split.
I wish you guys would think before you say something. My numbers are correct, your perception of how an RS works and it's results are flawed. I believe you should get over it and realize that\ you were screwed, royally. But then again, you will find that out in the next 20 days. I warned all of you this is no longer a investment.
