Yes, I asked the right question here...

What I do not understand is why Tonner would go public by himself. Why not just merge with OWOO?

But I got fooled like any other here... Lucky I didn't lose money on OWOO. But I could have made some if I would have followed my gut feeling that something wasn't right...
Up to the next stock... I think I found a beauty now...
