No. The project has not been placed on the next meeting's agenda. The council just has to formally approve of the minutes from prior meetings. That's all. If you read the Aug. 27 minutes, it simply explains the MDE project was not discussed at the Aug. 27 meeting because it was removed from the agenda by staff.

Now, perhaps they will revise the current draft agenda before posting the formal agenda PDF or will even revise that formal agenda. But as of now, the MDE project remains tabled.

It`s under "Draft Minutes 8-27-2015.pdf". Search for MD Energy... this was removed from agenda as we all know. Its now under: "Approval of City Council minutes".... Explanation here:https://www.toaks.org/government/agendas_minutes/minutes/city_council.asp

I think Bucky is correct....

Fresno/Clovis project was removed from that Agenda....it wasn't even voted.

This is what your link says...nothing to do with what happened to Fresno/Clovis removal from Agenda.

City Council minutes are typically approved at the next City Council meeting. Draft City Council minutes are included in the City Council packet when scheduled for approval. Citizens may request copies of minutes, certified minute excerpts, or audio/DVD copies of meetings for a fee (format dependent on meeting date). Approved minutes are posted in the City Clerk Department and are also scanned and stored on the City's Imaging System. Minutes of recent meetings are available below (click on the date you wish to view).

For the archives of all City Council Minutes, use this link to the City's Imaging System.
