It's the 100 for 1 number that is real and not being thrown around. Ask your broker if you don't believe us here. A 100 for 1 RS for our present AS would be 3.5 billion AS divided by 100 = 35,000,000 (million) shares. We don't have that amount of shares after this sp[lit. We have ( in the filings) 250,000,000 shares for the AS. Where did the other 215,000,000 shares come from in the new AS?? They came from the raising of the AS to 25,000,000,000 Billion shares. After the reverse split on those 25,000,000,000 ( billion shares) you would have exactly what Vanis says the AS will be, which is much much more than the 35,000,000 shares that would be left from a normal reverse split. I think everyone here now understands what Vanis has done, and I hope you do now too. He kicked us in the balls harder than a normal Stinky Pinky CEO would dare to do.
If those shares are put into the OS, which he will, as his history suggests, the pps will be back to where we are now or lower, with 100 to 1 less shares than we started with.
