I know of very few, even Stinky Pinkies that would have done what Vanis did. Raising the AS to 25 BILION shares from 3.5 Billion??? Giving the reason that\ he does not want to file again to raise the AS??? Isn't it a shame what this man has done to the loyal MINERs? Raising the AS by a factor of 8?? Then giving himself and his buddy, 500,000 more shares that are good after the RS??
This borders on criminal, and possible lawsuits in the works, in the near future, if they have not already been filed. LOL

Suckers will be suckers. Once the reverse split happens, the bottom will fall out even more. Way too early to play this one. The basis of the reverse split is deception. It's only for one reason, the SS has gotten way out of hand, due to massive dilution, and once that's done, the massive dilution will start again. It's a way to wipe out the current shareholders. This CEO doesn't care one iota about the common OTC shareholders. Not one bit. Those who believe in this company and park their money here will lose all of it.
