but somehow I feel it already got attention at some big Pharma companies boards. If I would be the CEO I would not have said that 'dillution will continue--' thing if I would not want the stock price to drop for some reason. And our CEO has quite an impressive history and connections. What happens behind the scenes we don't know, but I believe either...(1) someone tries to buy AEZS and AEZS management sees that beneficial for the company and shareholders or (2) there is big time tax selling happening behind the scenes before news come out + banks may want some piece of pie.

I believe something big is happening behind the scenes and whatever it is happening behind all this 'cashless warrants' shade.
