The company knows who holds their convertible notes so they obviously know who's running the P&D campaign. It's either Foley and/or Blakenship with their message board promoters. We'll find out when they upload their annual report to OTCMarkets in a couple weeks unless they obfuscate who they've actually been issuing stock to this time. I don't think that will make whoever is investigating them right now very happy though.
I think mgmt is starting to realize how much damage these promoters have done (and continue to do) to the company's credibility. They certainly haven't helped themselves either by staying silent while the lies about what was said at the secret meeting were being spread though.
