lol, no dd so I started there and scanned the filings. There's some high risk players buying I can tell you that. I cringe at just the name Great Basin, flash backs. But I've also seen these puppies bounce like crazy. Going to take a LOT to make that happen here. Watching the chart and wish everyone the best of luck. Stranger things have happened. Trying to figure out what they're thinking saying this is good for the long term shareholders.

Thats not correct.

as of august 24 2015 there where only 7,29 million shares outstanding.

dilution started at august 25 .
Company did not see this coming.Not by far.

At $2-$2.5 there where only needed a good 20 million shares over 4.5 years to convert.

yes the warrentholders have 4.5 years to convert.
Warrentholders killed the stockprice.

I also dont think they are going to convert this in two months time. they can make more money when they convert in a bull market .
