Yeah i dont get it. PN already had their license. But i guess they were in the process of getting MCA their license too?

But at any rate it looks like we just bought MCA from PN, ie PN is now an equity holder in tweed?? If so imo may be only a matter of time til tweed buys PN outright. Ie tweed may have to bid 25-50 mill for PN but at least twd would get that 5 mill back from the press release today

I forgot, pharmacan capital owns peace naturals which i think owned MCA. Very confusing.

But Pharmacan Capital (MJN) only has a 11 mill $ market cap so Tweed could probably acquire for less than 25 mill if they wanted.

pharmacan capital owns small lps all over canada so if tweed acquired them they would get geographic diversity
