First of all it's very obvious why L &L is gone. As previously mentioned on this board most of their filings were riddled with mistakes. I'm sure the company was tired of spending money on re filings and explaining to the SEC why they made reports the way they did. This is fantastic news and I look forward to a new auditor and eventually the application to the NYSE!!!!

That was one day after the 8K posted on July 6th.....and the billion share volume day too....why would they quit the next day?
